Monitoring & Response
Monitoring – With a monitored system the Security System is connected to the local landline or a GSM communications module. With this service, signals from the system are transmitted to our 24-Hr Central Monitoring Station. The signal type can be any of the multitude options available; IE alarm, equipment tamper, supervisory, arm/disarm and many more. With this service, programming changes can also be made from off-site via our CMS, IE code changes.
Response – This is utilized along with the Monitoring service, a subscriber may expect that during the response hours, a trained personnel will respond to alarms or call for assistance, Mondays to Fridays from 6 pm to 6 am and 24 hours on Saturdays, Sundays and local bank holidays. Our Response personnel are always equipped with easily identifiable uniforms, bullet proof vests, the necessary restraints and some are even certified in to carry the ?? Handheld Taser. Each member of this team also undergoes training in hand to hand combat and subdue techniques.
Patrol
Standard Patrols – A service by which trained patrol officers patrol, walk and inspect specified locations of the subscriber’s site. We offer two options with regards to contracts; permanent patrols, which is an annual contract where patrols are set from 6p.m. until 6 a.m., seven days a week, three hundred and sixty five days a year and temporary patrols which would be for shorter periods such as a few days or weeks.
Neighborhood Deterrent Patrols – A Service where trained patrol officers drive a set route in clearly marked security vehicles. These patrols take place at irregular intervals and occur 6 to 9 times during the hours of darkness (6:00PM to 6:00AM). The purpose of these patrols is to establish a high deterrent to would-be criminals. The response personnel slowly drive (monitored by GPS) a pre-planned route and check-in at set points along the way (monitored by touch probes). The designed route will take them pass each subscribers house.
Escort
Car Park Escort – A service where subscribers may call (or set a predetermined time) to have our trained personnel meet them (1-5 persons) at the exit door of their work place and escort them to their cars (on-site).
